产品描述：人磺氨基葡糖硫酸胺酶(SGSH)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆、细胞裂解物样本中的SGSH含量。SGSH即N - 磺基葡糖胺磺基水解酶，它参与硫酸乙酰肝素的降解。若SGSH功能缺陷，会使硫酸乙酰肝素在体内蓄积，引发黏多糖贮积症ⅢA型。目前对其研究多聚焦于酶替代疗法等改善病情的机制，以缓解患者症状。试剂盒检测范围为31.25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL，适用于科研领域中对SGSH表达调控机制的研究，例如在疾病模型构建、基因编辑细胞系验证或溶酶体功能相关分子通路探索中定量分析SGSH的动态变化，为神经退行性疾病、溶酶体贮积症等基础研究提供灵敏可靠的工具。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
