    人周期素依赖性激酶4(CDK-4)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆样本中的CDK4含量。CDK4即细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶4，是细胞周期调控的关键蛋白。它与细胞周期蛋白D结合形成复合物，调节细胞从G1期进入S期。异常激活的CDK4可导致细胞过度增殖，引发肿瘤。目前，针对CDK4的靶向治疗是肿瘤研究热点。试剂盒检测范围为0.156 ng/mL-10 ng/mL，可广泛应用于基础医学研究中CDK - 4表达水平的动态监测，如肿瘤细胞增殖机制探索、代谢性疾病相关信号通路研究以及药物干预效果的体外评估等领域本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
