产品描述:大鼠晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒,定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的AGEs含量。AGEs即晚期糖基化终末产物,在高血糖等情况下形成并不断累积。其研究机制主要是AGEs与受体结合后激活多条信号通路,引发氧化应激、炎症反应等,与糖尿病并发症、神经退行性疾病等多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。试剂盒检测范围为3.9 μg/mL-250 μg/mL,适用于糖尿病动物模型研究、衰老相关机制探索、氧化应激水平评估等科研领域,尤其适合在心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病等慢性病理模型的建立与验证中,通过血清、血浆或组织样本的动态监测揭示AGEs的生物学作用。本品仅用于科研,不用于临床诊断,产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
