ZFAND2B (Zinc Finger AN1-type containing 2B), also known as AIRAP (Arsenite-Inducible Regulatory Particle-Associated Protein) or FAN (FANTOM protein), is a ubiquitously expressed protein belonging to the AN1-type zinc finger family. It contains two conserved AN1 domains, structural motifs that bind zinc ions and facilitate protein-protein or protein-nucleic acid interactions.
