The FKHRL1 (Ab-253) antibody is a monoclonal antibody specifically designed to detect Forkhead box protein O3 (FOXO3), a transcription factor encoded by the FOXO3 gene. FOXO3. also known as FKHRL1 (Forkhead in rhabdomyosarcoma-like 1), belongs to the FOXO family of proteins, which regulate cellular processes such as apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, oxidative stress resistance, and longevity.
