The ROCK2 (Rho-associated protein kinase 2) antibody is a critical tool for studying the function and regulation of the ROCK2 protein, a serine/threonine kinase belonging to the AGC family of protein kinases. ROCK2 is a downstream effector of Rho GTPases, primarily activated by RhoA, and plays a central role in mediating cellular responses such as cytoskeletal reorganization, cell contraction, migration, apoptosis, and proliferation.
