An assay plate --- The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with the anti-mouse retinoic acid antibody.
Lyophilized standard (1 x 200 μl) --- Reconstitute the standard with sample diluent at dilution series and draw the standard curve.
HRP-conjugate retinoic acid (100 x concentrate) (1 x 60 μl)--- HRP catalyzes the TMB substrate for color development and needs to be diluted before use.
HRP-avidin Diluent (1 x 10 ml) --- Dilute the HRP-avidin.
