产品描述:兔子氧化低密度脂蛋白(OxLDL)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒,定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的OxLDL含量。OxLDL 即氧化低密度脂蛋白,是低密度脂蛋白被氧化修饰的产物。它在动脉粥样硬化等疾病发生发展中起重要作用。研究机制方面,OxLDL 可被巨噬细胞摄取形成泡沫细胞,还能诱导炎症反应、促进血管平滑肌细胞增殖迁移,加速斑块形成。试剂盒检测范围为0.078 μmol/mL-5 μmol/mL,动脉粥样硬化动物模型构建、降脂药物作用机制研究、代谢综合征相关氧化应激评估、心血管病理机制探索、抗氧化治疗方案开发本品仅用于科研,不用于临床诊断,产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
