MEK1 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinase 1), also known as MAP2K1. is a central component of the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathway, which regulates critical cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, survival, and apoptosis.
