产品描述：人低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的HIF-1α含量。HIF-1α即缺氧诱导因子-1α，在细胞适应缺氧微环境中起关键作用。其背景在于机体应对缺氧状态时会激活它。研究机制主要是在缺氧时被稳定表达，调控下游一系列基因转录，参与血管生成、糖代谢等过程，与肿瘤等疾病发展密切相关。试剂盒检测范围为62.5 pg/mL-4000 pg/mL，肿瘤微环境调控、缺血性疾病适应、代谢相关疾病研究、心血管疾病模型研究、肿瘤微环境研究、代谢调控机制探索、低氧相关信号通路研究、药物干预效果评价本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
