    人克拉拉细胞蛋白(CC16)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的CC16含量。CC16，即克拉拉细胞分泌蛋白16，是一种由呼吸道上皮的club细胞分泌的蛋白质，具有抗炎、免疫调节和抗纤维化等多种生物学功能。研究发现，CC16在慢性气道疾病的发病机制中起到重要作用，可能是慢性气道疾病的潜在生物标志物和治疗靶点。其抗炎机制包括抑制促炎因子、阻断NF-κB信号通路和抑制PLA2的活性。试剂盒检测范围为0.625 ng/ml- 40 ng/ml，灵敏度为0.156 ng/ml。适用于基础科研中探索肺部疾病机制、评估环境污染物或药物对肺功能的影响、以及相关动物模型研究中的生物标志物分析；为呼吸系统疾病研究、毒理学实验及生物医学机制探索提供可靠工具本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。

    • A micro ELISA plate --- The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-human CC16 antibody. This dismountable microplate can be divided into 12 x 8 strip plates.

    • Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.

    • One vial Biotin-labeled CC16 antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.

    • One vial HRP-avidin (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Bind to the detection antibody and react with the TMB substrate to make the solution chromogenic.

    • One vial Biotin-antibodyDiluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the Biotin-antibody.

    • One vial HRP-avidin Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the HRP-avidin solution.
