稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

背景信息
CD45, also known as leukocyte common antigen, is a crucial glycoprotein expressed on the surface of all nucleated hematopoietic cells, playing a significant role in immune response regulation. It acts as a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase, modulating signaling pathways involved in cell activation, differentiation, and proliferation. The research surrounding CD45 has gained prominence due to its implications in various immunological diseases and conditions, including autoimmune disorders, lymphoproliferative diseases, and cancer. Given its essential role in T and B cell signaling, understanding CD45's structure and function is vital for developing therapeutic approaches. Recombinant CD45 proteins, produced via genetic engineering methods, allow for a deeper investigation into the protein's functional domains and interaction mechanisms. These recombinant forms can also serve as valuable tools for creating specific antibodies or as potential targets for immunotherapy. The ability to manipulate and study CD45 in vitro opens pathways for elucidating the complexities of immune cell signaling and offers prospects for innovative treatments in diseases characterized by immune dysregulation.
