稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

背景信息
CXCL16, a chemokine belonging to the CXC family, plays a critical role in immune response and inflammation. It acts as a ligand for the receptor CXCR6 and is unique in its dual function, serving both as a chemokine and an adhesion molecule. Research has shown that CXCL16 is involved in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune cell migration, atherosclerosis, and cancer metastasis. Its expression is upregulated in response to inflammatory stimuli, making it a key player in autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammation. Understanding the structure and function of CXCL16 through recombinant protein studies provides valuable insights into its signaling mechanisms and interactions with leukocytes. This knowledge can pave the way for therapeutic interventions targeting CXCL16 in inflammatory diseases and malignancies. Thus, the production and characterization of CXCL16 recombinant protein are essential for elucidating its biological functions and exploring potential clinical applications.
