PDIA3 (Protein Disulfide Isomerase Family A Member 3), also known as ERp57 or GRP58. is a member of the protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) family, primarily localized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It functions as a chaperone and thiol-oxidoreductase, facilitating the formation, isomerization, and reduction of disulfide bonds during protein folding.
