产品描述：人多效生长因子(PTN)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织培养上清液、组织匀浆样本中的PTN含量。人多效生长因子（PTN）是一种肝素结合蛋白，具有多种生物学功能，如细胞粘附、迁移、存活、生长和分化等。研究发现，PTN在肿瘤发生发展中扮演重要角色，其受体及信号通路尚不完全明确，但针对PTN受体的药物研究取得进展，有望成为肿瘤治疗新靶点。PTN基因沉默可显著降低细胞生长及成瘤能力，其研究机制涉及多个基因表达变化。试剂盒检测范围为0.24 ng/mL-15 ng/mL，适用于体外研究PTN在神经再生、癌症发生发展或干细胞分化中的功能机制，也可用于药物开发过程中靶向PTN通路的效应评估。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
