产品描述：大鼠组织因子与活化凝血因子7复合物酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的TF含量。TF即组织因子，是一种跨膜糖蛋白。它是外源性凝血途径的启动因子，在生理止血中起关键作用。研究发现TF还参与肿瘤生长、转移及血管生成等。其作用机制主要是通过与凝血因子结合，启动凝血级联反应并激活相关信号通路。试剂盒检测范围为15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，适用于心血管疾病、血栓性疾病等动物模型的机制研究，或抗凝药物、靶向治疗方案的体外效果评估。为凝血相关基础研究提供可靠工具。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
