Cellular retinoic acid-binding protein 2 (CRABP2) is a small intracellular lipid-binding protein that facilitates the transport and metabolism of retinoic acid (RA), a derivative of vitamin A with critical roles in cellular differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis.
