产品描述：人妊娠特异性β1糖蛋白(SP1/PSβ1-G)酶联免疫试剂盒为竞争法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的SP1/PSβ1-G含量。人妊娠特异性β1糖蛋白（SP1/PSβ1-G）是由胎盘合体滋养层细胞合成的特异性糖蛋白，具有免疫调节、抗炎和促血管生成作用。其结构/功能关系研究显示，SP1可以与多种调节蛋白协同作用，通过保守的短线性基序参与蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用，对药物设计和疾病诊断具有重要意义。试剂盒检测范围为1.0 μg/mL-400 μg/mL，适用于科研领域中对妊娠期母体血清或胎盘组织匀浆中SP1水平的动态监测，可应用于探究妊娠高血压、胎儿生长受限等病理状态下胎盘功能异常的分子机制，或用于评估体外模型中滋养层细胞分泌蛋白的功能研究。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
