背景信息

The IBA1 antibody is a widely used tool in neuroscience and immunology research, targeting Ionized Calcium-Binding Adapter Molecule 1 (IBA1), also known as Allograft Inflammatory Factor 1 (AIF1). IBA1 is a 17-kDa calcium-binding protein expressed predominantly in microglia in the central nervous system and macrophages in peripheral tissues.
