STRADA (STE20-related kinase adaptor protein), also known as STKR1 or LYK5. is a regulatory component of the LKB1/STKR signaling pathway, which plays a central role in maintaining cellular energy homeostasis, polarity, and proliferation. It belongs to the STRAD family of pseudokinases, lacking catalytic activity but functioning as a critical molecular scaffold.
