The ENT2 antibody is designed to detect equilibrative nucleoside transporter 2 (ENT2. also known as SLC29A2), a member of the solute carrier 29 family. ENT2 is a ubiquitously expressed transmembrane protein that facilitates bidirectional transport of nucleosides and nucleobases across cell membranes, depending on concentration gradients.
