Nesprin3 (nuclear envelope spectrin repeat protein 3), encoded by the SYNE3 gene, is a component of the LINC (linker of nucleoskeleton and cytoskeleton) complex that bridges the nuclear envelope and connects the nucleus to the cytoskeleton.
