产品描述：人甘油醛-3 - 磷酸脱氢酶(GAPDH/G3PDH)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆、细胞裂解物样本中的GAPDH/G3PDH含量。GAPDH（甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶）是糖酵解过程中的关键酶，催化3-磷酸甘油醛转化为1,3-二磷酸甘油酸。除了在糖酵解中起作用外，GAPDH还参与细胞应激反应、DNA修复、细胞骨架动力学和RNA输出等多种细胞功能。其异常表达与多种疾病相关，如神经退行性疾病。试剂盒检测范围为31.25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL，适用于细胞培养模型中代谢通路研究、基因表达调控实验的内参校正、疾病机制探索中的基础蛋白水平检测等科研场景。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
