大鼠凝血因子Ⅹ(FⅩ)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆样本中的F10含量。F10即凝血因子Ⅹ，在凝血级联反应中至关重要。其可被内、外源凝血途径激活为F10a，F10a与FVa等结合形成凝血酶原酶复合物，促使凝血酶原转化为凝血酶，最终使纤维蛋白原变成纤维蛋白，形成血栓，众多抗凝药以其为靶点展开研究。试剂盒检测范围为1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL，适用于凝血机制基础研究、抗凝药物开发评估以及血栓性疾病动物模型中凝血功能变化的动态监测，例如深静脉血栓、弥散性血管内凝血等病理过程的机制探索，也可用于肝功能障碍或维生素K缺乏相关模型中凝血因子合成能力的研究本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
