产品描述：人膜联蛋白Ⅲ(ANX-Ⅲ)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织培养上清液、组织匀浆、细胞裂解物样本中的ANXA3含量。ANXA3是一种膜联蛋白。它在多种病理生理过程中发挥作用。研究发现ANXA3可能参与细胞的增殖、凋亡及迁移等过程，还与肿瘤的发生发展、血管生成等存在关联。其表达水平变化可能影响信号通路激活，以此调节细胞功能。试剂盒检测范围为0.78 ng/mL-50 ng/mL，适用于体外实验中对心血管疾病、肿瘤微环境或炎症相关疾病模型的分子机制研究，也可用于评估细胞应激状态下ANX - Ⅲ的表达调控。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
