产品描述：人膜联蛋白Ⅰ(ANX-Ⅰ)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的ANXA1含量。ANXA1，即膜联蛋白A1，是一种钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白，最初被鉴定为糖皮质激素的下游信号分子。它通过抑制磷脂酶A2的活性，调节炎症细胞和解决炎症，具有抗炎作用。近期研究发现，ANXA1在抑制脂肪生成和预防肥胖中发挥重要作用，其机制涉及通过抑制SMAD4与PPARγ启动子区域的结合来下调PPARγ的转录表达，从而减缓脂肪生成。试剂盒检测范围为0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL，可应用于基础医学研究中ANX - Ⅰ在心血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病或癌症模型中的动态表达分析，亦可用于评估药物干预或基因编辑后该蛋白的浓度变化，为细胞信号通路研究、生物标志物筛选等提供可靠数据支持。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
