人可溶性CD23(sCD23)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的FCER2含量。FCER2即低亲和力IgE受体Ⅱ，与免疫系统关系密切。它可调节IgE合成。研究机制方面，其参与免疫细胞间信号传导，在变应原诱导的免疫反应里发挥作用，影响免疫细胞活化、增殖和细胞因子分泌，是免疫调节研究的潜在靶点。试剂盒检测范围为0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL，灵敏度为0.078 ng/mL。适用于探索过敏性哮喘、类风湿性关节炎等疾病模型中 sCD23 的表达水平变化，亦可用于评估 B 细胞活化状态或免疫调节药物的作用机制，其组织匀浆检测功能还可支持动物实验中的蛋白表达分析。严格验证了血浆/血清样本的适用性，为免疫学、分子生物学等领域的体外研究提供可靠工具。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
