    人骨髓抑制因子1(MPIF-1/CCL23)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的CCL23含量。CCL23，又称巨噬细胞炎症蛋白3（MIP-3）和骨髓祖细胞抑制因子1（MPIF-1），是一种CC趋化因子家族的小细胞因子，主要来源于肺、肝和胰腺等组织中的巨噬细胞及树突状细胞。CCL23通过与趋化因子受体CCR1结合，激活并趋化单核细胞、巨噬细胞及T淋巴细胞，在免疫应答和炎症反应中发挥重要作用。试剂盒检测范围为39 pg/mL-2500 pg/mL，灵敏度为9.7 pg/mL。适用于科研领域中对MPIF-1/CCL23表达水平的动态监测，例如探究其在自身免疫性疾病、慢性炎症或肿瘤微环境中的调控机制，为免疫相关疾病的基础研究提供可靠工具。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
