产品描述：小鼠血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的ACE含量。ACE即血管紧张素转换酶，在肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统（RAAS）中起关键作用。它能催化血管紧张素 I 转化为血管紧张素 II，引起血管收缩、血压升高等。目前针对 ACE 研发了众多降压药物，通过抑制其活性发挥治疗作用。试剂盒检测范围为1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL，灵敏度为0.39 ng/mL。评估高血压模型小鼠的循环系统ACE水平变化、研究药物干预对组织ACE表达的影响，或通过不同体液/组织样本的横向对比揭示ACE的分布特征；为心血管疾病机制研究、药效学评价及分子调控网络分析提供可靠工具本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
