CMKLR2 (Chemokine-like receptor 2), also known as GPR1. is a class A G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that binds chemerin, a multifunctional adipokine involved in immune regulation, adipogenesis, and angiogenesis. Initially identified in 1994. CMKLR2 gained attention for its role in inflammatory responses and metabolic homeostasis.
