稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

背景信息
APLNR (apelin receptor) is a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a critical role in the regulation of cardiovascular, metabolic, and central nervous system functions. Recently, it has garnered interest due to its involvement in various physiological processes and its potential implications in diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and heart failure. Research has shown that the apelin/APLNR signaling pathway is linked to endothelial function, angiogenesis, and energy homeostasis, highlighting its importance in maintaining cardiovascular health. Furthermore, studies have indicated that APLNR can modulate neuroprotective effects and influence appetite regulation, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Advances in protein engineering and molecular biology techniques have facilitated the study of APLNR alterations and interactions, paving the way for the development of APLNR-based therapies. Understanding the structure and function of recombinant APLNR proteins can provide insights into their signaling mechanisms and enhance our ability to design drugs that can modulate this pathway effectively. Thus, ongoing research into APLNR and its recombinant proteins is critical for elucidating their role in health and disease, opening avenues for innovative therapeutic strategies to tackle related pathologies.
