产品描述：人硫氧化还原蛋白(Trx)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的TXN含量。人硫氧化还原蛋白（Trx）是一种小分子多功能蛋白，广泛存在于生物体内，具有调节细胞氧化还原状态、对抗氧化应激、激活转录因子促进细胞生长以及抑制细胞凋亡等作用。Trx与硫氧还蛋白还原酶（TrxR）和还原型辅酶Ⅱ（NADPH）共同构成硫氧还蛋白系统，在维持细胞内氧化还原平衡中发挥关键作用。近年来，Trx及其相互作用蛋白在消化系疾病中的作用日益受到关注，可能成为治疗相关疾病的新靶点。试剂盒检测范围为4.688 ng/mL-300 ng/mL，可广泛应用于氧化应激相关疾病（如心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病、代谢综合征等）的机制研究、药物开发中Trx水平动态监测，以及通过血清/血浆样本评估特定病理状态下机体的氧化还原状态，为探索Trx在细胞保护、炎症调控等领域的生物学功能提供可靠工具。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
