产品描述：人血管生长素(ANG)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织培养上清液、尿液、组织匀浆样本中的ANG含量。ANG（血管生成素-2）是一种重要的促血管生成因子，在多种恶性肿瘤中表达上调，与肿瘤新生血管形成、增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关。研究显示，ANG通过调节血管内皮细胞稳定性、诱导新生血管生成、调节炎症和血管渗漏过程等机制促进肿瘤发展。试剂盒检测范围为15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，灵敏度为3.9 pg/mL。科研人员可通过探究ANG在肿瘤血管生成、缺血性损伤修复或神经退行性疾病模型中的动态变化，亦可用于评估细胞培养条件下ANG的分泌调控机制，或分析尿液及组织样本中ANG与特定病理过程的相关性。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
