MLLT1 (Mixed Lineage Leukemia Translocated to 1), also known as ENL (Eleven-Nineteen Leukemia), is a nuclear protein encoded by the *MLLT1* gene on chromosome 19p13.3. It is best characterized as a critical component of transcription elongation complexes, including the Super Elongation Complex (SEC) and P-TEFb (Positive Transcription Elongation Factor b).
