Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 91 (CCDC91), also known as Scyl1 or Mint3. is a conserved eukaryotic protein implicated in membrane trafficking and cellular signaling. It contains multiple structural motifs, including N-terminal coiled-coil domains, a central SAM (sterile alpha motif) domain, and a C-terminal JPR3 (J domain proximal region 3) domain, which facilitate protein-protein interactions and membrane association.
