Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 67 (CCDC67), also known as NY-SAR-96 or sarcoma antigen NY-SAR-96. is a poorly characterized protein encoded by the CCDC67 gene in humans. It belongs to the coiled-coil domain-containing protein family, characterized by structural motifs that mediate protein-protein interactions. CCDC67 is expressed in various tissues, with higher levels detected in the testis, brain, and lymphoid organs. Emerging studies suggest its involvement in cell division, particularly cytokinesis, where it may act as a scaffold to coordinate protein complexes during mitotic progression.

Research links CCDC67 to cancer biology. It is overexpressed in multiple malignancies, including glioblastoma, lung cancer, and breast cancer, where its elevated expression correlates with poor prognosis.
