CEP85L (Centrosomal Protein 85 Like) is a centrosome-associated protein critical for maintaining centrosome architecture and regulating ciliogenesis, cell division, and microtubule organization. It encodes a large coiled-coil domain-containing protein primarily localized to the centrosome, where it interacts with other key components like Cep192 to stabilize microtubule-organizing centers.
