  • 稳定性测试

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • 保存条件 & 期限

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • 运输条件

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

背景信息

AADACL1 (Adenosine Deaminase-Associated Protein 1) is a member of the AADAC family, known for its role in lipid metabolism and potential implications in various diseases. Research has indicated that AADACL1 is involved in the hydrolysis of fatty acid amides, influencing the levels of bioactive lipid mediators, which can impact inflammatory responses and neurochemical pathways. Given its regulatory functions in lipid signaling and its association with metabolic disorders, AADACL1 has drawn attention as a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant protein forms of AADACL1 are essential for studying its enzymatic properties, substrate specificity, and physiological relevance. By understanding the structural and functional aspects of AADACL1, researchers aim to elucidate its role in disease mechanisms, particularly in metabolic diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammation. The production of AADACL1 recombinant proteins allows for comprehensive investigations into its interactions with various substrates, potential inhibitors, and the underlying biochemical pathways. This knowledge could pave the way for developing novel therapies that target AADACL1, potentially offering new interventions for diseases linked to lipid metabolism and inflammation. Thus, the study of AADACL1 and its recombinant proteins is crucial for advancing our understanding of lipid biology and its impact on health and disease.
