Leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR) is a transmembrane protein belonging to the interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor family. It forms a heterodimer with glycoprotein 130 (gp130) to mediate signaling of LIF and other cytokines like oncostatin M (OSM).
