The PBRM1 (Polybromo-1) antibody is a tool used to detect the PBRM1 protein, a key subunit of the PBAF (SWI/SNF-B) chromatin remodeling complex. PBRM1. also known as BAF180. plays a critical role in regulating gene expression by modifying chromatin structure to enable transcriptional activation or repression.
