CXCL11. also known as interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC) or IP-9. is a small chemokine belonging to the CXC subfamily. It plays a critical role in immune responses by binding to the G-protein-coupled receptor CXCR3 and atypical chemokine receptor ACKR3 (CXCR7).
