The DBNL (Drebrin-like) antibody targets the DBNL protein, a key adaptor molecule involved in regulating actin cytoskeleton dynamics and intracellular signaling pathways. DBNL, also known as SH3P7 or mAbp1. belongs to the actin-binding protein family and contains multiple functional domains, including an N-terminal actin-depolymerizing factor homology (ADF-H) domain and C-terminal SH3 domains. These structural features enable DBNL to interact with various partners such as WASP, N-WASP, and dynamin, facilitating its role in membrane trafficking, endocytosis, and immune synapse formation.
