The UBAC1 antibody targets Ubiquitin-associated domain-containing protein 1 (UBAC1), also known as KPC2. a key component of the KPC ubiquitin ligase complex. UBAC1 plays a critical role in regulating the ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of p27Kip1. a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor that controls cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase.
