**Background of MLLT1 Antibody**

The MLLT1 (Mixed-Lineage Leukemia Translocated to 1) gene, also known as ENL or YEATS1. encodes a chromatin-associated protein involved in transcriptional regulation and epigenetic modifications. It is a critical component of the super elongation complex (SEC) and plays a role in RNA polymerase II-mediated transcription elongation. MLLT1 contains a conserved YEATS domain, which binds acetylated or crotonylated histone marks, linking chromatin modifications to transcriptional activation.
