Ihh (Indian Hedgehog) antibodies are essential tools in studying the Hedgehog signaling pathway, a critical regulator of embryonic development, tissue homeostasis, and disease. Ihh, one of three mammalian Hedgehog ligands (Sonic, Desert, and Indian), is primarily involved in bone development, cartilage maintenance, and gastrointestinal tract regulation.
