The SPON2 antibody targets Spondin-2. a secreted extracellular matrix protein encoded by the *SPON2* gene, also known as *Mindin* or *M-spondin*. Structurally, SPON2 belongs to the spondin family, characterized by thrombospondin type-1 (TSR) and Mindin domains, facilitating interactions with cell-surface receptors and extracellular components. Functionally, SPON2 plays dual roles in immune regulation and tissue remodeling.
