产品描述：人苹果酸脱氢酶1(MDH1)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆、细胞裂解物样本中的MDH1含量。MDH1即苹果酸脱氢酶 1，是糖代谢关键酶。其催化苹果酸与草酰乙酸相互转化，参与三羧酸循环和苹果酸-天冬氨酸穿梭。研究发现它与肿瘤代谢重编程密切相关，影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、存活，有望成为肿瘤治疗新靶点。试剂盒检测范围为9.38 mU/mL-600 mU/mL，适用于细胞代谢机制研究、疾病模型能量通路分析、药物干预效果评估等科研领域本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
