产品描述：猪三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)酶联免疫试剂盒为竞争法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆样本中的T3含量。猪三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）是甲状腺分泌的激素，由L-3-单碘酪氨酸与L-3.5-二碘酪氨酸缩合而成，具有促进物质代谢和能量释放的作用，对生长与发育也有促进作用。其活性比甲状腺素（T4）高5～10倍，主要通过促进T4在外周转化为T3来发挥作用。试剂盒检测范围为500 pg/mL-8000 pg/mL，灵敏度为500 pg/mL。适用于动物内分泌生理机制探索、营养代谢实验或疾病模型中激素水平变化的动态监测，其宽泛的检测范围可有效覆盖正常生理及病理状态下的T3浓度波动，为科研人员提供稳定可靠的检测工具。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
