产品描述：人基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP-1)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织培养上清液、组织匀浆样本中的MMP1含量。MMP1 即基质金属蛋白酶 1，在人体多种生理病理过程发挥作用。其可降解细胞外基质，与组织重塑、伤口愈合有关。在疾病研究中，MMP1 过度表达和肿瘤侵袭转移、关节炎发病等相关，针对它的调控机制研究有望开发新的治疗策略。试剂盒检测范围为0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL，灵敏度为0.078 ng/mL。适用于体外研究MMP - 1在炎症机制、肿瘤微环境调控、纤维化疾病模型中的表达特征，或用于药物开发过程中靶点活性评估及生物标志物检测，满足细胞实验、动物模型及离体样本的检测需求。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。

A micro ELISA plate ---The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-human MMP-1 antibody. This dismountable microplate can be divided into 12 x 8 strip plates.
Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.
One vial Biotin-labeled MMP-1 antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.
