人CC趋化因子16(CCL16)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的CCL16含量。CCL16，也称为CC趋化因子4、肝表达趋化因子（LEC）和Monotactin-1（MTN-1），是CC趋化因子家族的一员，位于人类17号染色体。CCL16通过与细胞表面趋化因子受体CCR1、CCR2、CCR5和CCR8相互作用，影响细胞功能，具有趋化单核细胞和淋巴细胞的能力，不趋化嗜中性粒细胞。近期研究发现，CCL16在肿瘤排斥、巨噬细胞抗原呈递和血管内皮细胞血管生成活性中起重要作用，同时增强细胞毒性T细胞和树突状细胞淋巴细胞的抗癌作用。试剂盒检测范围为39.06 pg/mL-2500 pg/mL，灵敏度为9.77 pg/mL。在肝脏疾病、肿瘤微环境调控及免疫相关疾病研究中具有重要价值；适用于体外研究，支持科研人员探索CCL16在炎症性疾病机制、免疫细胞趋化行为调控、肝纤维化或肿瘤免疫微环境中的表达变化，为分子机制研究及生物标志物筛选提供可靠工具；满足多种生物样本的定量分析需求本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
